When I try to update the programs through microsoft the popup menu requesting an agreement to their terms does not contain a place for accepting there agreement so I can not download there critical software package. I have a copy of the popup window using microsoft word but cannot copy it here for some reason.

At any rate It does not provide a place to accept the agreement at the bottom of the window and I get an error message stating that it won't download because I have not accepted the agreement. I have updated my other computer which has windows 98 on it. The popup window has at place at the bottom to accept the agreement.

I have contacted microsoft but so far their solutions have not worked. It would appear to me that the problem is not related to my computer but to the popup window that is supplied at their website by their software.

Any sugestions would be appreciated.

If you have any pop up blocker or any program of sort disable them, those might be causing the pop up to load prematurely.
