This question is for a problem to my sons computer.

Whilst trying to boot up by hitting the delete key I cannot access the bios

I recently fitted another cdrom in and all worked well but when he took it home its will not boot up or recognise the main hard drive but I cannot get into the bios

Could you help PLEASE

Not all the BIOS models accept the delete key, some only accept del in your numpad, some require you to press F1 (try that) and so on, but it should tell you what you need to press during the computer boot up.
