My Canon Multipass 3500 printer says "photo ink in use", what does that mean? I try to print, and it says I have a BC-22e cartridge in, and I don't. I have the BC-21e in... How can I reset this thing? Thanks, Ron

Can you print a test page using the os or using the controls at the printer if no check the power to the printer first tuner off theprinter and then back on if yes check connectivity between pc and printer.suspect a problem with the os and drivers

first verifty that the correct printer is selected in the window print dialog box.

try printing a test page using the os to verifty that all is working between the os and the printeTo print a windos9x test page, click start settings printers and then right click the printer icon.
