Why are you not able to hook up?

everytime i try to hook up the internet through cable, i get the blue screen. it says windows protection error

it also says something about error in vxdmon

It's possible that you might have a problem with the connection of your cable DSL speed connection cables/hardware also you made need to update your drivers as well or there might be a conflict with your COM ports they might be using the same resources with another dive on your PC such as a sound card or network adapter YOU should call your provider and ask them to check that the comfiguration are correct.
