I had a power surge and I my computer want come on at all. What do I need to do?

Unfortunately since I'm not there I can only suggest that you have a tech take a look at it, because it might be that you blew your power supply and it might need to be replaced or the power surge may have cause a short on your motherboard or a component such as the memory, hard drive, or video card was damaged causing the computer not to load up.

Also do the following: check the power strip fuse it may have been blowned due to the power surge or even check the AC power outlet.
