Hi

This is Mark from Oxford England.

I recently purchased a Chic wireless keyboard and mouse.

Every time I start the PC I have to relink it by pressing the the very small rubber button under the keyboard / Mouse.

Why does it not remember that it is there?

I bought it from ebuyer and they are very quite and slow about answering?

I have e-mail Chic but all I get back from them is an e-mail full of rubbish! Just a long list of letter jumbled up.

If you can help

Yours

Mark Lewis

I don't know how to solve your wireless keyboard/mouse problem, but I think I know what's wrong with your e-mail.

You are not using an HTML enabled e-mail system (such as AOL, although I don't know if you get that in Oxford England) Try registering with other free email provider such as www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com Then try your sending an e-mail.

A tip:

Make sure that the batteries are working (new), and that you keep wireless noise down by increasing the distance between the keyboard and the mouse.

Hope this helped.
