While installing a new scanner/printer an error occurred. I re-installed and everything works.
It's been working for days. The problem is...exactly once an hour I get the error message "An error occured communicating with the scanning device.Please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again." How do I clear this message? Thanks, Van Phoenix

Check your scanner to printer connections if you are using the parallel ports, there may be a bad connection causing an intermittent problem or check the parallel cables themselves, if you are using USB check that the wire isn't faulty and check the connections and drivers for the scanner A little troubleshooting is needed.
