How to correct language on service pak?

I have some commands on my computer that come up in German, must have uploaded a wrong version of Service Pak. Do you have any solutions to such?

For example the commands on Windows Explorer when trying to revise some of my Favourites, commands come up in German, or when I download a program and want to place it an appropriate folder the writing is in German!!!!

I suggest you reinstall the service pack and pick English from the drop down box.
