well just a few days ago ive been i tried putting in my cd but my autorun didnt work so i went into my computer and checked i clicked on the cd-rom drive and it said device not accessible.
so i just restarted my computer just thinking it was nothing but as it was starting up the screen where it says my cd-rom had something there it said no drives aborting installation i havent been able to use my cd-rom even since

It seems to be that your cd players driver were corrupted.
Do the following which may help you with your problem.
Right Click the my computer icon on your desktop
scroll down and click on properties
in the properties window, click on device manager
look for the icon for your cd rom and right click and select properties.
In the properties sheet select on reinstall drivers...
this might prompt you specify a location or insert a floopy disk or cd...
Specify the cd roms driver location or insert the floppy disk that came with you cd rom
reinstall the driver , restart your computer and your cd player should work once you have rebooted.
