What are WAOL messages

As stated I have suddenly received the following error message: "WAOL has caused an error in DICE.RCT, WAOL will now close" This happens, at times,when the "Sign On" window appears on the screen and will not allow me to enter my password, at other times it will allow me to enter my password, sign on, but when it verifies my password it pops up and then I have to close out AOL. Can you offer me any suggestions or solutions to this problem.

WAOL is used to describe Windows America Online Generally WAOL is only seen when errors with AOL software occur Go to start > settings > networks and check the configurations, make sure all of the aol dialup adapters are installed if not delete AOL from desktop and go into add/remove programs and remove AOL Install a clean version of AOL from a disk.
