Ok I really hope you can answer my question because this is a brand new computer and the manufacturer has not responded to my query, my problem occured just 5 days after purchase. The problem is when I start up my computer i get a message that says
Unhandled Exception: c0000005
At Address: 100016b8
And now whenever I play a video game or watch a dvd, when a video or I play a game with really good graphics comes up, the screen kinda wobbles up and down and has lines the go from left to right at the top of the screen and I think its preventing me from playing certain games. This is very troubling to me because the main reason I got my computer was for the games. I think I know the source of the problem, it was a file I downloaded from a program called Kazaa (don't use it anymore and deleted all its files). Please please please know the answer and get back to me as soon as possible.
Thanks,
Michael A.

O.K you must have downloaded the delfi media viewer remove your delfin media plater from your shared files by kazaa, if you put it some where else on your computer remove it or go to www.delfinproject.com and look for instructions on how to remove it Then click start, click run type regedit and click ok, locate the run registry in the following location
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Windows\Currentversion
Delete the Pgmonitr.exe string value It may also listed delfin media player in the run list.
quit registry editor
restart your computer
