My friend is running this system under WinME and gets a message from Norton Utilities that the file "C:\windows\system\MRTMNGR.EXE" is missing and cannot access. She also has run the diagnostics disk from Dell and told the configuration file is missing and is continuously told that something is running in the background (probably using up memory) but we cannot tell what is running. How do we reinstall missing files from the WindowsME disk in general and this file in particular? Thank you
