I am so tired of looking at the black around my screen.

ok before my harddrives were replaced I could go into display, setting,advanced monitor and there would be arrows where I could stretch my picture to fit my screen. now that I've changed harddrives refomated etc... when I go into advance they're not there. any reason? I am so tired of looking at the black around my screen. I have a 21" ibm powerdisplay 20...

Please help!!

the ctrl f8 & ctrl f9 did not work or stretch it it did nothing.

It sounds like this has nothing to do with your hard drive being replaced.

Your monitors setting are not set correctly You dont have to configured anything on your computer..You have to adjust the setting on your monitor with the buttons that are provided.
