When I turn on my Gateway Standard Computer Configuration I get the following Message.
" DLL.file XMLPARSE.DLL was not found"
My brother reconfigured the tool bar to delete a bunch of programs that were working in the background when I turn my computer on. He sent them to the " Recycle Bin " and told me if I have a file missing it would probably be in the Recycle bin and to retreve it from the bin, which I have never retreved anything from this bin before. I have deleted nothing from the Bin since brother helped? with computer update?. So I am pretty sure the file is in there somewhere in there but I have no ideal which program it would be associated with.
Can you help me?

I found the answer to your question simply by entering xmlparse.dll into the website Google.com.
Set your brother to read the following web page It will tell him how to resolve your startup error.
