I click on the my computer & windows explorer icon and there is always a very long delay. Why?

whenever I click on the my computer icon, there is a very long delay before this application opens. And then when I open windows explorer, it does the same thing. But only on these applications

The My Computer icon is always going to take a while to load up because that's where you can find everything in your computer You can increase the speed of the click on your mouse by going to the mouse options in the control panel folder from the settings menu.
