What is defragment

How do i repair errors on diskconvertor fat32 ?

When i try to run scandisk it says errors on fat32 disk convertor how do i fix this?

Try doing a disk defrag or disk clean up, this will create space and improve your performance, but normally errors on the hard drive are permanent you seem to be able to use your computer
