How do you fix the following problem? My help and support feature does not work. I get the following error message. An error has occurred in the script on this page.Line 43,Char 5, Error: 'SF_COMPLETED' is undefined, Code 0, URL:hcp://system/NavBar.htm - Do you want to continue running scripts on this page. Yes/No A No response will give me another error message. Line 90,Char 3, Error: 'SF_NOTACTIVE' is undefined, Code 0, URL:hcp://system/startup.htm - yes/no. A yes answer will give you the following message - Helpctr has caused an error in Marscore.dll, Helpctr will now close. This will go into a cycle. The only way out is Alt, Ctrl, Delete. How do you remedy this problem?

When you try to quit the "Help and Support" tool while you are using a Microsoft Active Accessibility (MSAA) client, you may receive the following error message:

Helpctr

Helpctr has caused an error in MSHTML.DLL [CLOSE]

Helpctr will now close.

If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer
