How can i open the site?

I cannot open some internet sites. The page will try to open and the address will appear in the address bar at the top and the bottom will state web site found etc, and then will say opening page etc. The progress bar on bottom will move to a point and then stop and eventually time out. If i click on the top address bar GO button about every 20 seconds it will continue to show all this and the progress bar will move a little, slowly every time I click the GO button to about half way on scale where it will stop and not move any more no matter what. How can I open these sites? Why will they not open? Thanks!

Sometimes the reason it doesn't is, there's too many people trying to open the site and when you try to find a way in, it takes too long and it won't let you in and that's way it shows no site You can only try it again and hopefully get in.
