Please anwer me as soon as posible?

When i click TURN OFF the computer it doesn't want to turn off no even the monitor. how can i fix it ? please anwer me as soon as posible

In seems to me you have some power option configured improperly.

Whatever you do, do not unplug your system, doing so might damage the operating system, motherboard and power supply.

Do the following to hopefully solve your problem:

>Double Click the my computer icon on your desktop,

>When the my computer window pops up double click the control panel icon.

>When in the control panel, scroll down and double click the power options icon

>When the power option window pops up, click on the advanced tab and click on the option and states "When I press the power button" chose for your computer to power off.

Press ok and I hope your problem was solved
