How do I disable outlook and not bother with the other email programs?

i do use or want outlook express, i use a email program (incredimail) i have been having problems with it (outlook). i haven't an acct with outlook, i tried to disable it through add/remove and it still keep popping up, now it has taken over my stationery for incredimail (IM, incredimail saves in iml format) i have saved alot of my stationery and now all of a sudden the format has changed it is outlook format eml i want to know how to change the format back (or i have lost eveything for my email program) my mail use to open up in IM but in eml format and started saving in eml format but i was able to open in IM and still add/install my stationery now it will only open in outlook and i can't add/install my stationery (it's getting to be rather upsetting) if u could help with this i would be GREATLY appreciate it. for future use how do i disable outllook. thank you and have a great day

sorry i dont know all the technicalities of my puter such as ram size etc.

Well Donna you would have to go to the My Computer icon on your desktop and have to delete the program yourself from the hard drive.
