Recently, my computer freezes every 10-15 seconds for 1-2 seconds. I mean the egg-timer comes up and it stops responding. I have deleted all unwanted files and programs and updated the registry.
My system resources are at 57%. Do I need more RAM?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Its not your ram But us IT professionals can never get enough of it.
What I would suggest you think about getting is a faster CPU ( you now have a PEntium II which is kind of outdated) When you are using up your systems resources alot of factors come into play but the main focus would be your CPU.
