I have a 128Mbit SmartMedia card with corrupted FAT.

Can you help me by suggesting how I can restore access to the files on the card?

I tried to copy the files when on holiday but my son has Win2000 which did not like me changing cards in the reader and would seem to have overwritten the FAT on the second card with the FAT from the first card. (I can access the first file and about 6 others but the file listing is that of the other card.)

Will Norton Disk Doctor correct this? I had hoped to make an image before trying anything but as my card reader is USB and DriveImage runs in DOS I cannot do so.

Would appreciate help as I have over 120 photographs on the card taken in Uganda which I cannot replicate.

The best thing i can suggest is formating the whole card.
