My 98 is miising a .dll file

When I turn on the laptop I get a error message

explorer caused a invalid page fault in module SHLWAPI.DLL at 015f:70bfeall

I've been looking into your question and the SHLWAPI.DLL is an Internet Explorer file, what you will have to do is uninstall your Internet Explorer and use a Windows 98 cd to reintalll it if nothat doesn't work you will have to re-install your Windows 98 OS to get that particular .dll file
