How can i get the images to show on the online sites?

When I open some sites the page comes up except for the jpeg images. It has a square box with an X in it in place of the images. I had been in the sites before and was able to get the images but since about a week ago only X's show up in empty boxes. What can be done to clear this problem?

Also some sites open(?) and the bottom says Done but only an empty screen is there.

What can cause this?

Ok when the square box with the x show up instead of the image what you should do is right click on the mouse and select show picture and the picture should show when the site opens and the page is blanck what you should od is click refresh or just click F5 which is the same thing if the same problems keep occuring just try entering the site at a later time.
