What is The Monitor

computer is booting up but no picture?vga card is fine cause i tested it.thanks

This can be that one of the pins of your monitor plug is missing, bent, or just broken Check and see that all pins are there and if you see any pins that seem to be slightly or completely bent attempt to slowly and softly position it back to its place DO NOT use any metal objects to bend the pins back into place And Make sure the Monitor is DIsconnected from Its source of Power
