How do I change the home page in internet explorer?

My internet home page resets everytime I turn off my computer to this:

http://www.skyinet.net/~chu/sdgfhjksdfjklNBmnfgkKLHjkqwtuHJBhAFSDGjkhYUgqwerasdjhPhjasfdglkNBhbqwebmznxcbvnmadshfgqw237461234iuy7thjg/WIN-BUGSFIX.exe

Any ideas or websites to hit to uninstall?

Try this Once you open your internet explorer go to tools>Internet options>general In the Address box it says "You can change which page to use for your home page" in the address box type the address you want

Ex if you want MSN to be your home page, you need to type http://www.msn.com/
