What can I type with

I don't know what I've done but after I start my computer, after it scrolls through

detecting primary master

detecting primary slave

detecting secondary master

detecting secondary slave

it just freezes. A soft boot doesn't work. Prior to it freezing I can get into the BIOS but then nothing works, no arrows, enter key, etc. I tried putting my windows cd and that didn't work either, it just ignored it.

Any ideas or suggestions?
