How to print in dos

How do I print the screen in dos in windows?

This question was answered on February 8, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

If you have a printer connected to your computer and you would like a copy of what is currently on the screen, depress the <shift arrow> and <PrtSc> keys simultaneously, and DOS will send a copy of what is on the screen to your printer if you want to obtain a printed copy of the rest of your computer session, depress the <Ctrl> and <PrtSc> keys simultaneously further output will be sent to the printer as it appears on the screen To stop printing depress these keys again
