Whenever you get a 500 number when trying to access a web page, this is an internal error, the web site server has a software error that prevents it from sending you the page Try another browser such as Internet Explorer to access the web site you're looking for If you have AOL and recently upgraded, revert to an earlier edition and try accessing your web pages.
