Can anybody provide a comparison between Win2K and XP, or point me to such a discussion? Is there any reason to buy a PC with XP, when I already have a fairly late-model PC wining Win2K. What will XP get me? Specifically, is XP a better gamers OS, and also is it a better multimedia OS?

Here's a site that lists some feature comparisons: http://www.tss.northwestern.edu/windows/compare_win.html
I would go for XP if you want games and multimedia, it has better support for both; they won't run faster though But if you want a stable system and all your games work anyway, stay with win2k.
Hope this helps.
