Where is add/remove programs

I will be buying a new pc soon. I'd like to give my old pc to my niece. I want to completely remove my Turbotax, quicken & email files completely. Is there a tool (preferably freeware)

that will do this

You don't need a tool to remove programs from your computer, Click start go to settings and click add/remove programs, hilite the programs you want to uninstall and click the install button that will give you the option to install or uninstall click uninstall.
