Let Data Doctors be your personal IT department today

when accessing audio or video items from any website the feed of audio/video slowly peeters out and eventually freezes the web site being accessed but not the internet provider feed.

This happens on both Real one media player and windows media player.

As a former 56k user I understand your predicament You see, the speed of your audio/video stream is entirely dependant on the speed of your connection, in your case a 56k modem with the maximum (but rarely reached) speed of 5.6 kilobytes per second Most streams require more bandwith than that If you are heavily into streaming media consider getting a broadband connection, a good place to check it out is: http://www.dslreports.com/
