How can I find out and disable unwanted programs from auto loading?

Do disable unwanted programs from auto loading you have to right click the icon that represents the program, scroll down and chooe properties, in the properties window that pops up there should be options that will assit you in disabling the option that is making those unwanted programs from auto loading at start up
