Can you give me some guidance

I downloaded movies from Kazaa. I have tried to burn them on a CD using Roxio cd Creator Platinum. It takes several hours to burn something. I have not been successful. Roxio has not been helpful. Can you give me some guidance. This can't be normal, it should be easier to burn a movie. Thank you.

When burning Movies from Kazaa to a Cd and using Roxio you have to make sure to use the option to create a new Cd and choose the option to create a Data Cd.

If the problem continues it might be that when you installed the Roxio installation cd you might not have installed an option to burn that kind of file format

Your best bet to solve the problem is uninstall the progam and reinstall it
