Attachment problems.

after years of this function working, I cannot download attachments. I get a message sending me to notepad in which I get what appears to be computer language and no graphics.--I've been told that something has remapped my file types. I went to a file folder and GIF & JEPG were check marked. How do I re map to graphics ? Thanks

Try to change the ending of the file to jpg instead of jepg.
