We got a new keyboard that didnt fix the problem. We have tried the settins for the keyboard but that doesnt help. OUr other keys work fine. the shift and control keys are fine. so what could it be did we get a virus or something and if so how do we remove it. We already have tried to detect the virus but nothing. thank you for your time Sharon Graham
