How do we elimate the frame on the top MSN screen?

Our ISP is MSN. One the opening screen there is a frame on the top and left of the screen which reduces the viewable area. How do we elimate the frame?

Go to veiw>select toolbar> then select which toolbars you want to keep and which ones you want to take out In this case you want to take out so, make sure the one you want to take out is unchecked.
