No need to save

How can I save my Incrdimail styles letters to a CD and bring them up for future reference{when need to send a letter] and does this make room in my memory for I can add more in its place.

also sometimes my mail freezes up and I have to restart.....why

You don't need to save the style letters to cd, you have already downloaded the software which is on your hard drive, I'm getting that you don't want use Incredimail as your default e-mail service, you can disable as your default and access it anytime you want, when you access it it will ask do you want use as your default click no, use the style letters as you like you can even download more.
