When I try to scan to word (97) with my HP 5200C scanner I get the followng message: HPPRSCAN caused an invalid page fault in

module RPCRT4.DLL at 0177:7fc0ec16.

Of course when I try to scan to word the errow message is displayed and the scan locks up and has to be shut down.

This has only started happening in the last few weeks. I have had no problems for years before this. I still can scan into other programs. I have not added and hardware. I have uninstalled the scanner and printer and reinstalled them with the orginal software that worked for years but that did not help. I have down loaded new up todate drivers for the scanner and installed them but that did not help.

Can you help PLEASE?

Steve Willoughby
