Why you cant disable the stand my mode?

i disabled the stand by mode in my computer, because computer sent me message after i was having trouble starting it that it was going into stand by mode as soon as it is powered.. so it asked if i wanted to disable it.. well now it seems as my computer turns on but is on stand by mode permanently and i cannot get it off stand by mode? what to do please help?

You need to go into safe modefirst when the computer start , pressing f5 or f8 this the the way you can do the changes you need to do.
