I set my computer so I have to enter a log on password and I forgot my password. How can I get or change my password?

I set my computer so I have to enter a log on password and I forgot my password

How do I get in my computer?

I also added on another screen name so I can get in on that screen name but I can't

download anything or install software please help

When you first turned your computer on, it asked for if you wanted to set up an administrator password or leave blank, if you left it blank, then when it asks for a password type in administrator as the name and leave password field blank, it will let you in and you can go into windows and change your password
