WHEN YOUR URL ARENT WORKING?

have just gone on broadband works perfect through my laptop

when on the net on my desktop I am unable to click in to the boxes for example if i want to search on Google I cannot write or click the bar in the box I have tried using the tab key, the mouse works perfectly doing other tasks can you help?

FIRST THING YOU NEED TO DO IS TRY TO RESTART YOU COMPUTER AND SEE IT THAT WORKS ALSO TRY CLOSING SOME PROGRAMS AND THEN TRY REINSTALLING YOUR SOFTWARE.
