How to correct a mistake?

ok im stupid i know but i really must know the answer to this question. ok so i did a stupid thing and went on a deleting rampage. and now i have no sound i dont know what to do or how to get it back but i cant play any of my games or listen to music and it sucks please help me and explain to me what i must do i am really quite stupid-Chicka

First you are not Stupid we all learn by trial and error Now go into your recycle bin and look for the sounds then right click on it then click the restore then it will go back
