Decoding e-mail messages

i am receving email attachments in the following format:

i guess i need a file decode64.exe to see my files in the proper format. where can i find this file-decode64 or do i need to do something else to open my files??

Save the e-mail message as a file or transfer it it to your local hard drive (preferred), this must be an original copy of the e-mail not a forward message (cannot be easily decoded), use a decoding software such as Winzip or Wincode Wincod can be found in your network neighborhood folder \BugApp\Share&Free Ware\Wincode
