Check mouse properties

Whenever I right click with my logitech wheel mouse, on any program, or item, on my computer. My system becomes nonresponsive what could be causing this to happen.

Double click your your mouse logo and go to buttons and select context menu/alternate select in the drop down box for the right click button.
