New webpage selected and loads only 95% and freezes

When a new web page is selected the page will load on the screen to about 95 percent then freeze operation of all functions. The freeze up last from a few seconds up to several minutes.

When you select a new website, the website is being saved for you inside of the computer for that the next time it only takes seconds to load and you don't have to worry about the freezing.

Sometimes it takes two minutes or two seconds to load.
