Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) is a programming interface that enables programs to access data in database management systems that use Structured Query Language (SQL) as a data access standard
You can use Data Sources Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) to access data from a variety of database management systems.
Operating systems such as the one your profile states you are using (which i read was Windows 98) are basically databases They load different parts of your system using commands Its possible that when trying to go in to the control panel certain commands didnt load up corectly.
This is not a worry some issue if it happens once or twice, the problem could be fixed by simply re booting your system
But if the problems persits..It would be a good idea to defrag your hard disk.
