Whhy you cannot upgrade it your hard disk?

I have old computer which is Pantium I and it has 32 SD RAM and only 1.0 G Hard Disk Space. I would like to upgrade it's SD RAM to 64 mb and atleast 10.0 g hard disk space. Is it possible to upgade it?

You cannot upgrade the hard disk because the bios will not allow it, because computer made before 1995 do not allow more the 2gb
