why you can't change your pentium II to pentium III?

Can I upgrade my Pentium II to Pentium III without changing motherboard? I have a Pentium II 350 MMX (FSB 100Mhz).

No you can't becuase the motherboard doesnt have the capacity

Pentium III start with 400 mhz to 1000htz this is why you cannot upgrade with out changing you mother board.
