What is more space?

3 weeks ago, pop up windows (games and such) stopped coming up when clicked on. For expamle, yahoo games..you click on your game(that's fine)..then the room..there is the problem. Only a window frame appears on the upper left of my screen. it searches but never connects. When you move the frame a page of the page I was just on appears. This happens on other sites also and for other items not just games i.e. on line messaging with COX( my server). I only want to dump and restart as a last resort. Have you ever heard of this and can you help me? Thank you.

You probably have a connection problem or you don't have enough space for the software to completely download.
